DEO business is the provision of ordering and delivery services for everyday items via its own special DEO app (the “App” or “Platform”).

Customers require a user account in order to purchase from DEO. For this purpose they must register with their name, telephone number and e-mail address. A delivery address must be entered before placing an order. Customers can save multiple delivery addresses to their account. They are responsible for ensuring that their data is up-to-date and correct at all times.
